The East Central Alberta Female Hockey League (ECAFHL) Spring AGM is scheduled for May 1, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Pomeroy Hotel & Suites in Vermilion.

The agenda will be shared closer to the meeting date. If you have a topic you'd like added or feedback on league improvements you'd like considered, please submit your request to your governor to bring forward.

As per our bylaws, each association must have a representative present at the AGM. If your association has been dormant this season, please email your intentions for next season to the ECAFHL President at ecafhl@outlook.com to maintain good standing.
